This is the location that makes you say WOW! Yes it is isolated, no, there are no shops around, but it was so worth it. The feeling of relaxation here was amazing. You need to be happy with your own company, and this location will provide you with the ultimate get away from it all. The only thing that gets busy here is the lake traffic of ducks and geese. Oh, and the hare that bounded along the lawn as we sat out reading books and eating cake. Very Enid Blyton! Will be returning!

If peace and quiet is what you seek then look no further. This really is rural life at its very best with nearby market towns and unspoilt countryside.

It's a beautiful cottage in an idillic setting for a very quite and relaxing holiday. There are plenty of local walks and the country lanes are quite and safe for cycling. Our grandchildren (10 & 6) visited for a day and enjoyed the giant rope swing, feeding the ducks, and being allowed the freedom to rome in such beautiful surroundings.
